Why No Refunds?

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.

Before You Purchase

We strongly recommend:

• Use the Free Trial — Test all features before purchasing
• Review System Requirements — Ensure your system meets minimum specifications
• Read Documentation — Understand the software capabilities
• Start Small — Purchase minimum tokens first to test AI features

Token Purchases

Tokens are non-refundable but:

• Tokens never expire
• Tokens remain valid across subscription periods
• Unused tokens carry over if you upgrade plans

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Unused tokens remain in your account
• No partial refunds for remaining time

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions (with blockchain proof)
• Technical issues preventing software activation (after troubleshooting)
